Get to know us

We are based out of the Metropolitan Atlanta area and aim to help Black & Indigenous People of Color (BIPOC) to increase self-awareness leading to renewed self-love and overall wellness. Growing up and living in the United States is a unique experience for BIPOC community members. Learning to navigate our daily lives in a healthy way takes intentionality and does not have to be done solo. While self-care is about putting yourself first so that you can be your best for others, it can be done together. American culture encourages individuality, but we come from a culture that knows the power of the collective. Pooling our experiences so we learn from one another also reminds us that we are connected. Collective courage, passion, awareness, knowledge, wisdom, care, and concern is what makes the community we are creating powerful.
